Civil society organisations, governmental organisations, different institutions, particularly schools and other educational institutions, as well as small enterprices can rent the house for organizing training sessions, smaller seminars, team building or just for vacation. That way you will support youth and community development work and express your social responsibility. Thank you for that.

Training cetre is located in Pirovac in the street of Don Balda Vijalica 11. It is situated in a quiet street, nearby the shop (50m), post office (80m)... The beach is app. 200m from the house, providing numerous offers and possibilities.

The house is consist of 2 floors and underoof lecture room which makes 243,66 m2. It is fully equipped and can accommodate 28 persons. There are 6 nicely furnished bedrooms, two of which are double-bed rooms, aranged for trainers and/or group leaders.

Completely equippped kitchen, with proffesional for cooking and k profesionalnim uređajima za kuhanje i čuvanje namirnica pruža mogućnost i samostalne priprave obroka od strane pojedinačnih skupina.

The dining room is accomodate 28 persons, but it is possible to dine outside on a terrace. There are two bathrooms and two toilets in the house, as well as air-conditioned lecture room.

The lecture room is spread on 80m2, and enables active participation of bigger number of participants. It is modularly furnished in order to provide posibility of groupwork in smaller groups..

From lecture room it is possible to come out on beautifull, spacious terrece with the sea view. Since it is furnished by chairs and desks, as well as covered by sun-protector, it is possible to implement the work on open air. Beside mentioned, the outside bath in the yard, place for the barbique, place for socialising and four parking places are available, too.

Three different arrangements are possible:

1. The whole house (28 beds, lecture room, kitchen and dinning room)

2. Ground floor (12 beds, kitchen and dinning room)

3. First floor with 16 beds (2x6 + 2x2) and lecture room.

TV and VCR are available in the lecture room

There are two price possibilities:
- 15 Euro per day per person (included services of cook)
- 12 Euro per day per person (self-service)
Rent of linen is 20 Kn per person (not requested)
Advantage will be given to groups of 6 and up.
